Our Story
The Kindness Clique had its humble beginnings in 2020, thanks to the shared vision of Lorin Neikirk and Jason Navasard, aka "Jake." Like many, Lorin, a lifelong volunteer, was deeply moved by the social upheaval following the tragic murder of George Floyd. She decided it was time to create a space where people could come together and celebrate the beauty of kindness.
Life, as it often does, presented its own challenges. The burdens of the world led to a temporary pause on our journey. But in 2023, Jake and Lorin rekindled their mission with a simpler plan: inspire people in their everyday lives and be the change they want to see in the world.
Why? Because they understand that the superpower of kindness knows no bounds. And they invite you to stand beside them in fighting the good fight, in whatever way feels right for you. Explore their stories and passions on this site, and let's keep the kindness flowing!
